The hotel offers 102 newly refurbished guestrooms to the highest of specs, dazzling new restaurant and upgraded meeting and function space for up to 150 delegates.

We believe that our guests want to get away from standardisation but their level of expectation is super high, our clients will not tolerate any mistakes, they want more choices, customised offers and services.

We are trying to create inspiring, trendy yet cosy design of our lobby. Our team acting more relaxed and casual, yet delivering top notch service. We creating lots of open spaces on the ground floor, from booking to check out, every interaction with guests should reaffirm our promise: “It’s a lot better at Novotel”. In food service our new restaurant offers delicious dining that’s also simple and flexible. New hospitality standards already implemented. By separating administration and customer relations, we are making digital easier and more user-friendly.

We are in process of creating a social Hub for local people: lively areas where they can hang around all day and night- because there is always something happening.

New Chef Christopher Hamm bring us his expertise of a good food, idea of “street food” and “bowl food” prepared from local produce freshly in house was positively received. Themed menus in the evening prove to success with our regular guests, fresh homemade cakes on sale in the bar during the day.

We working on the breakfast offer and presentation with daily specials to be introduced such as Egg Benedict, Pancakes, Waffle, and Kedgeree.
